A founder member of the Law Society's Children Panel and currently Birmingham Law Society's spokesperson on Children Law, Graham has concentrated solely on Family Law since the late 1980's. Specialising in Care Proceedings, the Adoption and Children Act 2002 and Children Law Issues, he also delivers training courses on all the above areas to other Lawyers, Social Workers and Magistrates.
Admitted as a solicitor in 1974, Graham has been Secretary and President of Tamworth Law Society, President of the Association of West Midlands Law Societies, and a Council Member of Birmingham Law Society. |

Ann has specialised in family law and has practised in this area exclusively since qualifying. She became a member of the Law Society Children Panel in 2000 and continues to undertake work for parents, guardians and Local Authorities. Ann has a professional interest in legal parentage and surrogacy and chose to explore this in her thesis for her Masters Degree. Ann has also recently qualified to practise Collaborative Law.
Admitted as a solicitor in 1994 Ann is a Member of the voluntary organisation COTS (Childlessness Overcome by Surrogacy) and BAAF (British Association for Adoption and Fostering). |
